If you cannot make it to a session for any reason simply call ahead and reschedule. You may also ask for a gift certificate at equal value to be used in future. Our flexible scheduling is great, but can also lead to the need for our customers to be flexible with us. When necessary we reserve the right to call ahead of your session to reschedule. If rescheduling simply won’t work for you, the studio will issue a gift certificate at equal value to be used at convenience.
